He has led a distinguished and diverse career as an architect, engineer, designer, teacher entrepreneur, and business leader.

For the last 13 years, he has built from the ground up and leads the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office for Burns & McDonnell  where he serves as Vice President and General Manager  - a thriving practice of over 350 design and construction professionals in seven offices. Jeffrey is a Registered Architect with a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (DSL) from Regent University along with a Bacholor of Architecture and a B.S. & M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
